Working together with leading institutions to transform education worldwide

About Elham Studio

Elham Studio is a global education design team. Our goal is to create learning ecosystems that respond to today's challenges and place students at the center of the models. Our team works with visionary schools and systems to design curriculum, strategies, and cultures that equip both students and educators with the skills they need to navigate—and shape—what comes next.

What We're Here For

Across countries, languages, and school types, the same tensions keep surfacing. In conversations with educators, leaders, and communities across the world, similar patterns keep surfacing. Educators feel constrained by systems that no longer match the world, and students are disengaged. There is a need for an architecture that is more personalized, and mindful of the needs of each person in the system.

Our studio exists for the institutions and individuals willing to ask deeper questions about our educational frameworks and for those who are ready to shift how schools function and what they stand for.

Our Approach

Purposeful, connected, and designed to last

Elham's curriculum was built with the evolving needs of today's education landscape in mind, designed for schools, home school environments and hybrid programs. Its structure is intended to work within real-world learning contexts, where relevance, flexibility, and student agency matter.

This work has led to the curriculum being considered for WASC Supplementary Education Program status, and has been shaped through deep collaboration with partner schools and platforms around the world.

Our curriculum is anchored in 64 competencies, visualized through our "Andromeda" system, a constellation model that helps students and educators see learning holistically. These competencies are grouped into eight learning lenses that ensure a balance across academic growth, personal development, and wellbeing. Four progression levels: Exposed, Engaged, Embodied, and Applied offer a clear and adaptable framework for tracking growth and identifying areas for deeper learning.

By embedding the curriculum through projects and real collaboration with schools, Elham has made personalized learning more accessible. We offer students around the world the chance to build both hard and soft skills without needing to enroll in elite or exclusive institutions.

Our Annual Event

The Hakuba Forum is our annual immersive design retreat co-hosted by Elham Studio and Hakuba International School in the Japanese Alps. Following the successful completion of our 2025 edition, we're excited to continue this tradition of bringing together educators, designers, and system leaders from around the world.

Each year, the Forum creates space for honest conversation, collaborative design, and the kind of thinking that rarely fits into a conference room. We explore how schools can become places where both people and ideas thrive, building on the insights and connections from previous years.

We're proud to count on Atolye as our official partner for this annual gathering.
